She will show you how to use those cute Bazzill accordion keepers and create an awesome mini album with brown and pink. Yes, pink is still her most favorite color! This album will host Heidi Swapp tapes, chipboard shapes, and beautiful coordinating patterned paper. Be ready for lots of ribbon and brads!!! *SCRAPBOOKING 101*
June 24th 9:30am See Store for fee *This class covers all the basics of scrapbooking: the primary tools, adhesives, paper, albums, journaling. Essie will bring you lots of information such as the types of albums available, the types of adhesives and which one to use with what, the difference in the paper trimmers that are now on the market, some general guidelines to motivate you in your journaling and basically how to get started. She’ll have you sampling the products as you go, and provide you with lots of hand-outs packed with info. You’ll finish a 12" x 12" double-page-spread in class and you can bring your pictures with you or add them later. As always, she will throw in several handy tips that will make your scrappin easier. Bring:* pencil, ruler, scissors. You will also need paper trimmer and adhesive and you may bring what you have, or purchase at the store after learning about the options.

June 24th 1:30pm See Store for Fee *We had to reschedule this class from April 15th. This class will get you to thinking about everyday design inspirations which translate to inexpensive pages without sacrificing style and looks. You’ll create a background “pattern” simply using cardstock, easily coordinating mats, and top it off with the tiniest bit of embellishments. Plus, ideas for other pages using different inspirations. This will be a two page spread that documents the fact that ideas are everywhere.. * Bring:* paper trimmer, ruler, scissors, pencil, adhesive (repositionable dots recommended) and a glue dot. If you have a xyron, you will love to use it for this project. Also note that you will need a border word. It can be hand written, printed, a rub-on, stickers, punched or whatever you prefer but it will not be provided in your page kit. The page is available in a limited number of Brown & Blue *or* Brown & Pink. Please indicate your color choice when you sign up.
